What is gentle living?
Gentle living is about approaching life with a slower, gentler, individualized pace. It’s about moving in gentle flow with the universe, with nature and her seasons, and with your own intuition. Gentle living prioritizes moments of being, delight, and wonder rather than constant doing. It allows for times of rest and of doing less, while still knowing you are already enough regardless of how much or how little you do.
How do you live more gently?
Reconnecting with your gentle heart - the part of you that longs to show yourself gentleness and compassion - is one way to embrace gentle living. Living slowly is another way to live gently, since this way of life is about approaching things more slowly, gently, and intentionally. You could also allow a few moments in your day to simply be or to spend time in nature.
